They'd each built their businesses a different way — cash deals, creative finance, lending, rentals — and they'd each learned the same lesson: the strategy matters less than the room you're learning it in.
So they built the network they wished existed: one where every strategy has a seat at the table, where women investors aren't the exception in the room, and where “I closed a deal” is met with high-fives, not skepticism.

Andrea Weber-Pomykala
Arizona-based real estate investor, licensed agent, and property manager. Andrea knows the business from every side of the table — buying, selling, and managing — and believes the fastest way to learn this business is next to a woman who's already done it.
Colleen Barker-Low
Creative finance investor and community builder. Colleen is a fixture in the women's REI community and a champion for doing deals with creativity, integrity, and zero permission-asking. She makes sure every new member feels like she belongs in the room.
